Canton Rangers Football Club

Another fantastic signing for our Club!

We are delighted to welcome to the club, after impressing during pre season.

Gwyd is a brilliant technical player, and someone we are excited to have with us for the season ahead.

Welcome to canton, Gwyd!

New signing!

We are delighted to be welcoming Sam Dring to the squad! Adding some brilliant quality to our midfield ready for a huge season.

Welcome, !

A really positive evening for the First Team as we continue our pre season efforts 👏

There were plenty of positives to take from the performance. We played some excellent football, moved the ball well throughout and looked composed both in and out of possession. It was another step forward in pre-season, with the lads showing that the fitness work is paying off and taking our chances well when they came.

A big thank you to - we wish you all the very best for the season ahead. 💙🤝❤️

Matchday!

Latest test for our first team as we take on in tonight’s friendly!

💙

A strong pre-season test ended even as we drew 2-2 with a very good Cardiff Hibernian side.

A disciplined and well-structured performance, remaining solid defensively whilst playing some good football in possession.

Hibs applied lots of pressure at different stages of the game, but we defended well and handled those difficult periods. The levels of attitude and effort from the boys in our second pre season game was great to see!

A valuable experience against strong opposition and a performance that sets the standard for the rest of pre-season.

Thanks for the game and good luck for the rest of the season 💙

Mondays first pre season game ⚽️

𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 | Grange Albion 2-0 Canton Rangers

Despite the result, there were plenty of positives to take from the evening.

We played some really good football in spells, created encouraging moments and, most importantly at this stage of pre-season, the fitness levels looked strong throughout. We had chances to get on the score sheet but unfortunately couldn’t capitalise on brilliant build up play.

With a number of new players getting valuable minutes, alongside several of our young players stepping up into the First Team environment, it was another important night in our preparations for the season ahead.

The effort, attitude and work rate from every player was outstanding, and we’ll continue building on those positives as pre-season continues.

A performance like that in our first game, against a tough opponent, with only two sessions behind us is very encouraging!

Thank you to for the game and good luck for the season!
