Agile is the musculoskeletal healthcare cooperative. Offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage and podiatry at our boutique clinic in Penylan, Cardiff.
We're here to help you #GetAgile #BeAgile #StayAgile Agile provide a high standard of treatment, preventative advice and rehabilitation for a wide range of injuries and common conditions all under one roof, so there is no need to go anywhere else. Based in Penylan, Cardiff the Agile clinic is open to everyone offering a friendly yet professional approach to healthcare. Our clinic location lends itself to easy access to transport links via road and rail which opens us to Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taf as well as the rest of the South Wales region and beyond.

We got your back!
At Agile, we know that starting to address the small (or big) body pains and concerns that crop up in life can feel quite daunting and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to take care of your body.
So, by poupular demand, we’ve set up another event on Saturday the 10th of October where our Chiropractor Matthew will give out 15 minutes free spinal assessments.
