WatchNation
We're on a mission to find the world’s best-designed watch for you!
A square watch never wears quite like its measurements suggest.
On the wrist, the new Hamilton American Classic Cushion has more presence than a round watch of the same size. Its corners extend the dial across the wrist, while the softly curved case and slim profile keep that presence elegant rather than imposing.
The 30mm version feels discreet and deliberately vintage. At 34mm, the same design becomes more assertive without losing the proportions that make it work. Both sit close to the wrist thanks to Hamilton’s slim, hand-wound H-42 movement.
It is a distinctive shape, but an unexpectedly easy watch to wear.

Hamilton has gone further into its archive.
The new Hamilton American Classic Cushion returns to a design first seen in the 1920s, when the wristwatch was still establishing its shape and identity.
A 'Cushion B' appeared on Cillian Murphy’s wrist in Oppenheimer, one of six genuine vintage Hamiltons sourced from collectors for the film.
The collection returns to the wider Cushion design of the 1920s, with six versions across 30mm and 34mm cases. There are smooth and engraved bezels, steel and yellow-gold PVD finishes, and a small-seconds display at six.
Inside is the new Swiss-made H-42 hand-wound movement, which brings a Nivachron balance spring and 57 hours of power reserve. Every version measures just 8.1mm thick, with sapphire crystal and 50 metres of water resistance.
A century-old Hamilton, back in the collection.

Orient favourites are back.
Orient’s appeal has never rested on a single watch. Its collection moves from classic dress watches and open-heart automatics to capable divers, sports watches and more unusual designs that are difficult to place anywhere else.
A broad selection of models that have been unavailable for some time is now back at WatchNation, covering many of the families that have made Orient such an established name among mechanical-watch enthusiasts.
The Bambino remains one of the obvious places to start with a mechanical dress watch. The Mako has built an equally strong reputation by making capable automatic dive watches genuinely accessible.
Several models that have been unavailable for some time are now back in the collection.
Some will be immediately familiar. Others may be the reason to look again.

The Nivada Grenchen F77 MK2 100 Years Edition has officially launched.
Created to mark a century of Nivada Grenchen, the collection brings together seven natural stone dials, individually numbered production and the most significant mechanical update the modern F77 has received.
Labradorite, Jade, Azurite, Shungite Black, Smoky Quartz and Black Opal are each limited to just 50 pieces worldwide.
The pale-blue Ice Agate is a limited edition to 100 pieces worldwide.
Every watch is individually numbered, but that number is only part of what makes it collectable.
These are not conventional dials printed or coloured to imitate the material. Each one is cut from natural stone, meaning its colour, texture, veining, inclusions and pattern have been formed naturally.
Labradorite changes under the light, revealing shifting blue and green reflections. Jade brings a calmer, more saturated green, while Azurite combines areas of intense blue with brighter mineral formations.
Shungite Black is the most restrained, adding subtle natural texture to an otherwise dark dial. Smoky Quartz introduces warmer grey and brown tones, and Black Opal places flashes of blue, green, red and violet against a darker base.
Ice Agate completes the collection with translucent layers, crystalline textures and soft glacial colouring.
Even within editions of only 50 or 100 pieces, no two watches can be exactly the same.
The F77 MKII 100 Years Edition is powered by the Swiss-made La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement, with a 68-hour power reserve.
For the centenary collection, the movement is visible through a sapphire exhibition caseback, complete with striped finishing and a decorated rotor carrying the Nivada Grenchen name in gold.
The limitation makes each watch scarce. The natural stone makes every example individual. Together, they make this a genuine collector’s edition created for one of the most important years in Nivada Grenchen’s history.
The Nivada Grenchen F77 MKII 100 Years collection is available now at WatchNation.

Nivada Grenchen turns 100.
And rather than recreating something from 1926, the brand has used the anniversary to move the F77 forward.
The new F77 MKII 100 Years Edition introduces seven natural stone dials and a completely different movement from La Joux-Perret.
The collection includes Labradorite, Jade, Azurite, Shungite Black, Smoky Quartz, Black Opal and a pale-blue Ice Agate.
These are not conventional dials coloured to resemble stone. The natural mineral is cut and finished into the dial itself, so the veining, inclusions and distribution of colour will vary from one watch to another.
Underneath, every version shares the same 38mm steel case, integrated architecture, sapphire exhibition caseback with the La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement, increasing power reserve from approximately 38 hours to 68.
Same architecture. Seven pieces of stone. No two dials quite the same.

Victorinox has reworked the Maverick, of its longest-running sports watches for 2026, and the biggest change is easy to spot: the new Maverick is now 39mm.
The smaller case is only part of it, water resistance has doubled to 200 metres, there is now double anti-shock protection, a unidirectional rotating bezel, and a tool-free strap system across the range.
There are 14 versions altogether, with black, blue and green covering the expected ground, alongside red, two-tone and ice-blue options that give the Maverick a much broader character than before.
Smaller on the wrist, more capable underneath.
