Each property is accredited by Chester City Council and complies with current legislation and HMO requirements. All houses with more than 4 bedrooms are now Licensed with the Local Authority which complies with recent Government Legislation. The properties are within easy walking distance of the University, and also have unrestricted on- road parking, except Barons Court which has off-road parking. Each house will accommodate 4 / 6 students comfortably and are clean and well furnished, with double glazing and central heating and Free Broadband.
