So here is a big one!
The lovely Em came to me needing some TLC on her leg (not done by me)…
Over 3 1/2 day sessions we’ve been building it back to something she’s not hiding away 🫣 and let’s just say wow…

Well after a bit of time off a going out with the husband supporting him in his first BIG competition, the European Championships, he’s absolutely smashed it!

Coming back with 3 Bronze medals and 4 Silver! (Along with a few injuries such as a broken rib but he’s taking it like a champ)

Now for some serious talk-
His first major Comp back after almost a decade out and he’s only been back since February this year, it’s an amazing thing for him to have gone and achieved! A massive thank you to TST Martial Art Academy as well for believing in him and supporting him through this journey and welcoming us both into the organisation 🤍

I’m sure you can all agree on that!
Let’s all show him a little love for all his hard work and dedication to this!
