⚠️ Just Eat Order – Customer Notice ⚠️

We’d like to apologise to a customer who placed an order with us through Just Eat today.

Your full order was prepared and ready for collection. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left before the full order was collected, meaning part of your order was not taken with them.

We noticed immediately and called after the driver, but they had already driven off.

We’re really sorry that you didn’t receive everything you ordered. While this was outwith our control and your order was ready on our end, we never want any of our customers to be left disappointed.

If this was your order, can you please contact the snack van directly so we can sort this out and reimburse you.

Apologies again ❤️

❤️ A Little Thank You From Us ❤️

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has ordered through Just Eat this week! 🙏

We’re still finding our feet with it, so thank you for your patience while we get into the swing of things. We genuinely appreciate every single order that comes through. 🥰

And to all our customers, old and new, thank you for continuing to support our little business. It really does mean so much to us. ❤️

Have a lovely weekend everyone, enjoy yourselves and stay safe! 🙂

See you all Monday! 👋❤️

That’s us now live on Just Eat 😊!

This is the first time I’ve used any delivery services as we have always been too busy and don’t want to push myself or the girls to the limit 🫣🤣

After lots of folk asking about delivering we have decided to give it a go, 👌🙂, please be patient and kind while we are finding our feet 🦶

Thanks again to all the customers that have made this such a thriving business 🤍

Gemma 🙂
