Ground floor details from the refurbished areas of the original house at our Lavenham project, featuring a bespoke w**e room with a dedicated low-temperature cooling system that maintains the room at a consistent 12°C.

Other details include, cast iron radiators, lighting upgrades, restoration of existing wood floors and structural beams.

From former guesthouse to high-spec family home.

This beautiful three-storey Victorian property in Lexden recently underwent a complete transformation through our pre-construction and construction process.

Working with the client from the outset, we developed the internal layouts, refined the design and delivered a full refurbishment including new mechanical and electrical installations, glazing, structural alterations, restoration, bespoke interiors, premium finishes and external works.

To close off our Dorset House series, we’re showcasing this beautiful private courtyard, transformed from what was once an unused part of the property which can be seen later in the image carousel.

The surrounding areas were carefully restored, with the landscaping completed by Planet 14

One of the more significant structural elements of the project was the introduction of a new cellar stairwell, creating better access to the cellar whilst remaining in keeping with the original home features.

Designed to complement the original period property, this contemporary garden room extension creates a seamless connection between home and garden - flooding the space with natural light and transforming the way the house is lived in.
