Action Cancer's dedicated team of staff and volunteers work across the whole of Northern Ireland helping to save lives and support people affected by cancer. We are a local charity with all our money raised to provide services for local communities. Action Cancer shops operate throughout Northern Ireland helping to raise funds to support our vital services. Within our Cookstown store you will find an array of pre loved clothing and accessories at great prices

Between December 2024 and November 2025, here’s what we’ve been “streaming” across Northern Ireland:

☀️ 2,400 skin cancer assessments
🧘 7,500 therapeutic support sessions
🚐 130 Big Bus stops
💪 1,300 health checks
