The course equips registered Traffic Management Operatives with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely install, operate, maintain and remove multi phase temporary traffic signal systems, helping to keep road users, pedestrians and work crews safe.

Are you organised, people focused and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

📍 CertCom Training is growing and we’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Nutts Corner, Crumlin.

This is a varied and fast paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping clients book training, supporting learners throughout their courses, organising certifications and ensuring everything is in place for successful training delivery from start to finish.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organised and being part of a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

📝 What the role involves:
• Managing course bookings and customer enquiries
• Supporting learners and clients throughout the training process
• Coordinating certificates, accreditations and training records
• Preparing classrooms and course materials
• General office administration, telephone calls and emails
• Supporting invoicing and day to day operations

🕗 Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm

💷 Salary:
£30,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

🔄 Flexible opportunity:
We are open to either:
• One full time person
or
• Two part time people sharing the role

The arrangement will depend on the applicants and what works best for the business and team.

✅ We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and professional
• Organised and efficient
• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks
• A team player with a positive attitude

🏗️ Experience within training, construction or health & safety would be advantageous, but is not essential.
