This is the absolutely adorable Lilo 😍
Lilo was surrendered to us due to having a cleft lip and whilst with us in foster we knew we already had the perfect home lined up from previous applications! 🎉
We contacted them to ask if they’d be interested in meeting her and it’s safe to say it was love at first sight and Lilo (now Mabel) has officially found her forever home and has settled in like the perfect little princess she is ❤️

Stitch is looking for his forever home 🏡
Stitch is a bouncy, playful 12 week old bulldog who is full of personality! He loves his food, loves to play and once he’s finished causing mischief, he’s always more than happy to settle down for a cuddle. He really is your typical lovable bulldog! 🥰
Stitch has already had an umbilical hernia successfully repaired but does have two further hernias which will need repairing. We will cover the cost of his hernia repairs provided they are carried out at the time of his castration with our vets at Animal Trust Telford. His adopter will be responsible for the cost of his neutering, while the rescue will cover the additional cost of repairing his hernias ❤️

Frankie is on the hunt for his next big adventure 🏡
Frankie is a 4 month old feral frenchie and an absolutely bonkers little man in the best possible way! He’s full of energy, mischief and personality, so he’s looking for an active home with someone happy to continue his training as he grows. Frankie is completely obsessed with toys and is rarely seen without one being carried around in his mouth, so a very well stocked toy box is an absolute must in his new home!
Frankie does have a dermoid cyst on his eye, however, this doesn’t affect him at all and our vet has signed him off with no further treatment required. He’s a brilliant, busy little character looking for a family ready to keep up with him and all his puppy antics! He’d also much prefer to live with another active and playful dog ❤️
Before applying please ensure your home is the right match for this pup. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
🐶 needs to live with another dog
🐱 good with cats

Buster is looking for his forever home 🏡
Buster is a 4 month old frenchie and the biggest little cuddle monster! He absolutely loves being close to his people and will happily stick to you like glue, so if you’ve always wanted your very own little Velcro dog, Buster could be your boy! 🥹
Buster does struggle with allergies, which are currently kept under control with his diet. He MUST remain on Butternut Box in his new home to keep him comfortable and prevent his allergies from flaring up, so this is something his new family will need to be committed to long term. In return, you’ll get the sweetest little shadow and a best friend who’ll never be far from your side ❤️
Before applying please ensure your home is the right match for this pup. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
🐶 happy to be an only dog or live with others

Meet our latest heartthrob - Cash 😍
Cash has been an absolute delight in foster so far, he really is an angel child 😇
He’ll be in foster with us whilst he has BOAS surgery and is neutered before he starts his next chapter of looking for his forever home 🏡
We’ll keep you all updated with his progress (hopefully less snoring 🙈) as he goes through his procedures!
Cash isn’t available for adoption just yet so please don’t send enquiries at this time 😊

Not the update we wanted to be giving you all 🥺
Unfortunately our little Dolly went to rainbow bridge at the weekend. After being hospitalised for two nights and giving her absolute best fight the vet informed us of how much she was struggling and that they believed it would be fairer to let her go. As a team we made the decision to do the kindest thing and let her pass over the rainbow bridge peacefully 🌈
We never did get to the bottom of quite what was going on but the vet believes that whatever it was she was simply surrendered to us too late 😔
We thank everyone for supporting and donating toward Dolly, any of the money raised that was not used for Dolly’s ongoing care will be going toward other pups we currently have in foster who are awaiting surgeries.
We thank you all again for your continued support 💛

Smudge is looking for his forever home 🥰
Smudge is a lovely 4 year old frenchie with a big personality and he definitely isn’t afraid to let you know what he’s thinking! He is a very vocal boy who loves the sound of his own voice, so his new family will need to be prepared to continue working on his training and help him learn when it’s appropriate to use his voice. With the right guidance, patience and consistency Smudge has so much potential to settle into family life and be a wonderful companion ❤️
Before applying please ensure your home is the right match for this pup. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
🐶 would rather have a dog companion
🐱 not cat tested
👶🏼 good with children
🩺 medical condition(s) : none
💊 ongoing medication required : no

Thelma found her forever family 👑
Thank you to everyone who applied for Thelma and if you weren’t successful this time round please don’t be disheartened - choosing homes for our pups really is so difficult when we get so many lovely offers. Always apply again if you see a dog that you think you’d be the perfect fit for 🩷
Lastly, a huge thank you to Sammy + Becci, who had her throughout her foster journey, giving her all the love and care she needed until she was ready to find her forever family 🙏🏼

Dolly came into our care extremely poorly. At just 10 weeks old, she is teeny tiny for her age and had been suffering from constant sickness and diarrhoea 😔
Yesterday afternoon, Dolly’s condition suddenly became critical and we had no choice but to rush her straight to the vets, where she was admitted and kept in overnight.
Since being hospitalised, Dolly has received IV fluids, blood tests and glucose monitoring, which showed that her glucose levels were dangerously low and she’s anaemic. This morning she is having an ultrasound and may also need a bile acid stimulation test as we try to find out exactly what is making this tiny girl so unwell.
So far, Dolly’s hospital stay and investigations have cost the rescue £740 and this may continue to rise depending on what her tests show and what treatment she needs next.
We would never grudge paying for veterinary treatment for any dog in our care and we will always do everything we possibly can for them but we also have to be honest and say that right now, we are struggling.
Dolly’s unexpected hospital bill has come at an already incredibly expensive time for the rescue. Bernie has needed a second surgery, Barney has had his pre-op appointments with surgery still to come, Stitch has his hernia repaired and alongside all of this we have the everyday costs of caring for all of our foster dogs.
We have also had multiple tube fed puppies surrendered to us over the past fortnight, meaning we’ve needed to restock feeding tubes, syringes, milk and all of the other supplies needed to keep these tiny babies going around the clock.
We know times are difficult for everyone, so please never feel pressured to donate. But if you are in a position to spare anything, it all adds up and genuinely helps us continue saying yes to dogs like Dolly when they need us most.
If you can’t donate, sharing Dolly’s fundraiser is just as appreciated - you can find it on our website (https://midlandscleftrescue.co.uk/products/dolly)
Thank you, as always, for supporting our little rescue and the dogs who need us. We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we know more about Dolly 🙏🏼
