Unless you are using an enterprise-grade, secured environment (like Microsoft 365 Copilot), never input sensitive client information or financial figures, etc. Public models often use your inputs for training, meaning today's quick prompt could become tomorrow’s data leak.

🛠️ 𝟮. 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲 "𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗜" 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱-𝗼𝗻
If you haven't given your team guidelines, they are likely already using free AI tools to speed up their work. This is 'Shadow AI'. Establishing a clear Acceptable Use Policy doesn't mean banning the tech, it means defining which tools are secure and how they should be used.

🧠 𝟯. 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝗼-𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻
AI is an excellent tool for brainstorming and speed, but it shouldn't have the final say. Make it a policy that a human always checks the work for accuracy, tone, and compliance before it is sent to a client or put into a live system. You are ultimately responsible for the final product.

• Unexpected invoice or renewal requests
• Urgent language or pressure
• Bank detail changes
• Lookalike email addresses, websites, domains
• Suspicious links or attachments
• Requests for passwords, MFA codes or approvals

A quick check could prevent a serious security incident.
