We have a free Gentle Exercise Class running every Thursday from 9:30am at the centre. The class is suitable for all abilities and is a great way to improve your fitness, mobility, and wellbeing while meeting new people from the local community.

🎒 Schools Are Going Back Soon! 🎒

With the new school term just around the corner, we're looking forward to welcoming children back to the centre.

We have a range of groups and activities running for primary school-aged children, offering opportunities to have fun, make new friends, learn new skills, and take part in exciting activities in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our groups are a great way for children to stay active, build confidence, and be part of their local community.

Reminder This Saturday - lots of fun for all. Ardler Complex 11am-2pm🥳🤩🥳🤩 Ardler cafe will be open along with the library for some arts and crafts, magicians animal handling games and so much more.........

The next Strathmartine cafe conversation will be held on the 27th August in Ardler complex.

🌻 Could You Help Our Volunteer Gardening Group? 🌻

Did you know we have a small group of dedicated volunteers who help maintain the gardens at the centre?

They meet every Wednesday morning for a few hours to tidy the grounds, plant flowers, and keep the area looking welcoming and attractive for everyone who visits. Their hard work makes a real difference, but they could do with a few more helping hands.

If you have some spare time on a Wednesday morning and would like to get involved, we'd love to see you. No gardening experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and enjoy being part of a friendly group.

CELEBRATION🎉
Ardler walking football club are holding a testimonial in celebration of the lives of players that we have sadly lost.
We are looking for any walking football players that would like to take part.
It is to be held on Wednesday 30th September 2pm - 8pm at the Ardler complex.
Entry is just £2 to be paid at the door.
There will be football (obviously🤣), music, refreshments and a raffle.
Any money raised through donations and the raffle will go to charity so we can give something back as we have been lucky enough to receive funding and sponsorship.
Our members all have mental or physical disabilities and we play non-contact, 3 touch football.
The day will be a celebration and all about having fun.

If you have any football decor left over from the world cup, we'd also appreciate that to decorate the hall.
