Whether you're 5 or 95, come along and get involved (or just watch everyone else make a fool of themselves 🤭).

We are very excited to be running the second of our two Festival by the Burn events next Tuesday from 12-3pm.

Everyone is welcome, we're doing things for all ages, giant bubbles, pond dipping, natural bath bombs, silent disco and hooping with Kim, hot food from Scran Van and facepainting - all free!

What a fantastic way to finish our Summer Holiday Club! On Monday, we took part in Plant Your Pants, and we can’t wait to dig them up in a few weeks to see what they’ve been up to! 🌱🩲

Tuesday brought our very own Bake Off, with six teams showing off their baking skills while our judges had the tough job of picking a winner. 🧁🏆

On Wednesday, we had a relaxing movie day with snack bites while watching Toy Story. It was the perfect way to round off an amazing summer filled with fun, laughter, and great memories. 🎬🍿

A huge thank you to everyone who came along over the summer we’ve loved spending the holidays with you all and can’t wait to see everyone back at Starpic soon! 🌟

Next month is my second annual Job Fair, bringing local employers together with those searching for their next opportunity. Last years' event saw over 40-opportunities offered.

This year, I am delighted that Starpic Project from Bingham Community Centre will be on hand to sell coffee, tea and snacks!

Starpic is a truly brilliant organisation who support residents and young people across Bingham and beyond. They host dance and sport groups, have recently launched their community café to bring residents together, and also have a variety of youth groups.

If you're in Portobello on the 27th August between 10am-12noon, please do stop by Portobello Town Hall and support the wonderful Starpic Project!

☀️ What a lovely afternoon at our Games Gathering with Community Renewal Bingham

Today we made the most of the sunshine and enjoyed a fun game of Monopoly together. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with laughter, friendly competition, and great company.

Whether you enjoy board games, meeting new people, or simply having a chat over a cuppa, everyone is welcome to join us each Thursday. Our café is also open, serving snacks and refreshments throughout the session.

We’d love to see you there!

We had another fantastic couple of days at Summer Holiday Club! On Monday, we celebrated our Olympic themed day with lots of races and fun Olympic themed activities outside. 🏅🏃

Tuesday was all about cooling off with a big summer water fight! Everyone had a great time getting soaked, laughing, and making the most of the warm weather. 💦☀️

It’s been another brilliant week full of fun, and we can’t wait to see everyone again soon! 🌟
