📺 We're proud to share that PCOS Relief has been featured on Channel 5 News!
Our Founder & Chief Executive, Chand Kaur, joined Channel 5 News to discuss the new international guidelines for PMOS (previously known as PCOS) and why this change is so important for millions of women.
PMOS affects 1 in 8 women, yet around 70% remain undiagnosed, with many waiting years before receiving the right diagnosis and support.
This interview highlights why PMOS is recognised as a whole-body endocrine condition, the importance of early diagnosis, and how the new guidelines aim to improve fertility care, metabolic health, and mental wellbeing.
💗 If you think you may have PMOS:
• Don't panic.
• Track your symptoms.
• Speak to your GP and ask for both a blood test and an ultrasound.
At PCOS Relief, we're committed to raising awareness, supporting those affected, and ensuring every woman has access to the information and care she deserves.

We are so proud to announce that PCOS Relief made it to Channel 5 News! 📺✨
If you’ve ever felt ignored or dismissed while trying to figure out your health, you are not alone. It takes some women over 4 years and up to 15 GP visits just to get a PMOS diagnosis. That is simply unacceptable, and it's exactly why our Founder and Chief Executive, Chand Kaur, spoke out on national TV. 🗣️
The medical world is finally catching up. Thanks to new international guidelines, PMOS is being recognized as a whole-body endocrine condition—which means better, faster interventions for your physical health, fertility, and mental well-being.
Suspect you might have PMOS? Here is what Chand recommends:
📝 Track everything you are feeling and write it down.
🩺 Take those notes to your GP.
🩸 Don't leave without asking for a blood test AND an ultrasound.
Knowledge is power! Let’s make sure every woman knows the signs and knows her rights in the doctor's office.
💪 Please SHARE this video to help us reach the 70% of women who are still living undiagnosed.
