It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Past President Jack Wishart.
Jack made an outstanding contribution to Scotland's plumbing and heating profession throughout his career, becoming SNIPEF President in 1992 and dedicating decades of service to the industry. His commitment to the profession, his business, and the wider community leaves a lasting legacy.
Jack was the owner of family firm JW Wishart Plumbing and Heating, based in Kirkcaldy. The business was founded in 1923 and was a longstanding member of SNIPEF.
On behalf of everyone at SNIPEF, we extend our sincere condolences to Jack's family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew him. Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.

The difference isnโt the productโฆ itโs the design.

The course was a great success, bringing together industry professionals to develop their knowledge of hydronic heating systems, system design, best practice installation techniques, troubleshooting, and much more. It was encouraging to see such strong engagement throughout the day, with attendees taking away practical skills and insights they can apply directly in their work.
Special thanks also to Martin McNarin and Altecnic for supplying the training kits that played a key role in delivering a hands-on and interactive learning experience.
