Sips Events

We absolutely LOVED being a part of Steph & Nick’s special day! 🤍

What a beautiful wedding — and such a brilliant day to be a part of from start to finish. 🥂

We have some very limited availability left for the rest of 2026, so if you’re planning a wedding, party or celebration and would love Sips behind the bar, now is the time to get in touch.

📍 Almond Valley Care Home

A super special afternoon celebration Almond Valley Care’s 2nd birthday with some mocktail making!

A Hugo Spritz kind of Sunday 🌿✨

St-Germain, prosecco, soda, fresh mint & lime — light, fresh and very easy to drink.

One of those cocktails that always looks as good as it tastes. 🥂

📍 FLY Open Air Princes Street Gardens

A look at some of our bars at Princes Street Gardens for this year’s FLY.

Another busy weekend for the team, keeping the drinks flowing across both days.

Always a good one to be part of. Until next time, FLY 🫶

Inverarity Morton EV 2026 🍸

A seriously busy day and such a good atmosphere from start to finish. We were back working with some brilliant brands again this year, looking after their bar set-ups and bringing everything together for the show.

Always a great one to be part of.

The World Pipe Band Championships 🌍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We were delighted to deliver and operate the bars across this year’s Championships in Glasgow, one of our biggest capacity events to date.

With 15,000 people through the gates on Friday and 30,000 on Saturday, it was a huge operation from build and set-up right through to service across two very busy days.

45,000 visitors across the Championships, a massive effort from the full team and an event we’re incredibly proud to have been part of. 💙

We’ve recently been busy installing branded bars for Lonkero, Madrí and Angostura — each one completely different, but all built to make an impact.

From the initial build through to getting everything installed and ready to serve, it’s great seeing these spaces come together and the brands brought to life.

If you’ve got a brand activation or event coming up and need a bar to match, get in touch. 🍸

Another brilliant day at Perth Races 🏇💙

Our cocktail trailer was back on Saturday and what a day we had! 🍸

A busy bar, plenty of cocktails and such a good atmosphere from start to finish. Always a pleasure to be back at Perth and great to see so many of you stopping by for a drink.

Thanks for having us, Perth Racecourse — we’ll see you again soon! 💙

🍏 Have you tried Thistly Cross C***r tequila cask yet??

A Scottish c***r with a tequila twist, and definitely one worth trying while we’ve got it on draft at Sips in the City.

And we might have been having a little fun with this one behind the bar… 👀

Keep your eyes peeled. There’s another twist coming very soon 🌵🍹
