Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers AGM & Competence Forum 2026 in Birmingham.

It was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections, hear inspiring insights from Dame Judith Hackitt, and be part of the conversations shaping the future of competence in our industry. It was great to see so much passion and commitment to raising standards across the profession.

We have found out that not all Tiggo 8 models use the same key profile. If your Mr Li Chery 101 pick doesn't work, it's likely the vehicle uses the reverse profile, and you'll need the Haval 2023 pick instead.

Have you come across the new Yale Platinum Ultra key yet?

At first glance, it looks much like the original Yale Platinum key, but there's one important difference.

The Z12B blank stays the same, but the spacing of the cuts has changed. That means using the original Platinum cutting data could result in an incorrect copy.
