This page is a reflection of the path I’ve been walking: exploring consciousness, trance mediumship, energy healing, expression, embodiment and the deeper layers of human experience.

But what does “coherence” actually mean?

To me, coherence is when we begin to bring the different parts of ourselves back into alignment, our mind, body, emotions, energy and awareness. Life force energy moving through with no fragmentation only flow !

The opposite of coherence is not “wrong” or “broken” it’s the feeling of being disconnected, fragmented, overwhelmed, DISTORTED or pulled in different directions. It’s when we lose connection with our own inner rhythm, soul, essence and expression.

As my life shifted so have I. I’ve moved deeper into my healing practices and energy work which is unfolding. In the coming year I will be offering 1-1 channelled healing sessions and symbolic channeled symbolism that can be tattooed. This is all intentional healing and activation work. I will keep you updated soon with website and booking, I am still learning trauma awareness how to protect my own energy and enter my second year of shamanic practice. For a long time I’ve felt pulled between two worlds.

Part of me wants to disappear into nature, stay quiet, humble and continue exploring these experiences in private.

But lately I’ve been receiving the opposite message. SHARE IT

Over the last year, alongside my shamanic training, dramatic unravelling and realignment, something new has been awakening.

Through movement, sound, breath and what is a deep soul remembrance, I’ve been experiencing spontaneous states of channelled energy work. These sessions often involve involuntary movements, vocal tones, vibration and energetic clearing that seem to bring greater coherence and balance to my system. Like I’m doing an energetic architecture operation on myself. I am now in the stage of learning to create my own container so I can be in others fields without it completely making me unwell for days on end transmuting energies through me.

I am still learning.

I don’t claim to have all the answers, it’s beyond the mind.

What I do know is that this work has been profoundly transformative for me, and I’m being called to share that journey more openly.

I have worked incredibly hard at creating a space that is clean, clear and intentional, I have come up against so much external interference and learning boundaries and discernment have been a major human and soul lesson.

As this next chapter unfolds, I’ll be offering 1ti1 sessions that may include shamanic healing practices, intuitive guidance, energy work, sound, movement, and occasionally tarot as a reflective tool.

Some people will be all over this path, some won’t and that’s totally cool and ok!

I’m sooo very grateful to everyone who has supported my journey, whether you’ve come for brows and lips which I will ALWAYS DO, healing whacky spiritual awakening conversations, all sorts from beyond the veil !
