We’re looking for a Tenant Board Member to join our Board and help ensure tenants’ voices are at the heart of decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity to share your experiences, influence important decisions and help shape services for older people across Scotland.

No previous Board or governance experience is needed, full training, mentoring and ongoing support will be provided.

You’ll work alongside other Board Members, attend meetings throughout the year and play a meaningful role in guiding the organisation’s future.

From Stirling to Miami… and back to Allan Park House ⚽🌍

We were delighted to welcome Caroline Mathers, Director of the Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum, to Allan Park House following her recent trip to Miami, courtesy of Banco Central do Brasil.

Caroline shared fascinating insights into the story of the world’s oldest football, bringing history to life in a really engaging way.

A great talk and a thoroughly enjoyable time for everyone who joined us!

During the World Cup, we brought a bit of friendly competition to our developments with a sweepstake! 🌍⚽

With Spain taking the win, it meant double celebrations for two of our developments 🎉 Huge congratulations to Langvout Court in Biggar who won beautiful garden furniture, kindly donated by Consilium Contracting Services, a huge thank you for your generosity! 🙌

Here’s the furniture all set up and ready to be enjoyed, a fantastic addition to their outdoor spaces 🌿

What’s been happening at Foley Court, our Retirement Housing development in Rothesay? 👀

We were delighted to welcome Eyeglass Opticians, who visited to carry out eye tests for some of our tenants 👓

There was also a lovely community touch from one of our tenants, who kindly potted spider plants for everyone to enjoy – helping to brighten up homes across the development 🌿

Glasgow Fair Weekend at Coxton Gardens 🎉

Our Retirement Plus development Coxton Gardens was full of life over the weekend as tenants came together to celebrate the Glasgow Fair with a fantastic party!

The afternoon was packed with great food, live entertainment and plenty of laughter. Staff and tenants enjoyed singing, dancing and sharing memories, with many taking the chance to reminisce and connect with friends and neighbours.

It was wonderful to see such a strong sense of community, with smiles all round and new memories being made. A brilliant day enjoyed by everyone! 💛
