Students will work together to plan, prepare and enjoy a meal each week while developing practical cooking, social and independent living skills.

Thursday Art 1 worked together on their puff quilt, with each student contributing a square. Colin especially enjoyed how puffy it was and thought it might make a great spot for a nap!

Our Monday Drama students today took part in a filmmaking workshop with Opening Shot Community Workshops, funded by Screen Scotland through their talent builder initiative.

Students explored professional filmmaking techniques including lighting, camera work, and shot composition, all while using professional equipment hands-on. The workshop finished with the group creating their own short film. The students had a fantastic day developing creativity, teamwork, and storytelling skills.

Our first cook and connect session at the start of the month was a great success 🍕in partnership with 🤝 The Action Group it’s great for students to learn independent life skills while also enjoying delicious pizza wraps 😋

Wednesday Art 2’s trip to Out Of The Blueprint studio last month. Students shared their zines which they’ve been developing as part of a project and to hear tips on experimenting with riso printing. 🎨
