Lots a wheat in the mash results in an especially satisfying brew with a bready, almost doughy backbone. Fermented out with an authentic Hefeweizen Yeast, rewarding you with that classic Banana/Bubblegum characteristic ready for devouring on a wooden bench with a pretzel in hand 🥨

Another epic year at Midsummer Beer Happening festival in Stonehaven. Probably the best beer festival in the world? We don’t know, we haven’t been to them all but this is definitely a favourite of ours.
