This is what circularity looks like.

Last week, half a ton of compost was delivered to Glasgow Science Centre by one of our composting facility partners. This compost came from the same facility where the Centre's own food waste and Vegware packaging is processed through our Close the Loop system.

Now, thanks to the efforts of one of their community groups, that compost is being used in planters that are brightening up the banks of the River Clyde, part of the Centre's 'Outer Space' wildlife habitats.

A great example of waste being transformed into something that can benefit community groups, enterprises, and the local environment.

Huge thanks to Oxley-Gleinster and McDonald for organising such a great event and to our very own Gaillie for getting her hands dirty.

Like the limelight? Get your name out there with our custom print service. We can brand far more than just your cups. Low minimums, free artworking from our in-house creative team, and of course, all industrially compostable.

Once your customers have their delicious food in their hands, don’t forget to stock up on the essentials such as cutlery (we have paper and wood), various sized napkins and straws, perfect for those iced drinks.
