Today our Torbay Family Carers had a lovely time making apple crumble Orchard Forest School . Thanks to Lou and her excellent team for a really enjoyable afternoon

Skittles - we meet the first Wednesday of every month. It’s a time for pasties, raffle and a lot of fun. We meet at The First and Last pub 12 - 2.

What a lovely evening for our annual Speaking Up barbeque. The icing on the cake (and we ate cake for pudding) was being joined by the Ottery group.

Exmouth Speaking Up. Planning our events including speakers from all kinds of interesting people. We are back on The Deck at Ocean - Exmouth we also talked about how we promote positive mental and physical health for ourselves and those around us. In August we have our annual BBQ when we will be joined by the Ottery group.
