We’re excited to share the start of another major project for Dimax Construction Ltd — The Paddocks.

The existing property has now been completely demolished, making way for a brand-new home designed specifically for this beautiful location.

The project is now well underway, with our team on site carrying out the groundworks and foundations.

Over the past few days we have been:
🔨 Setting out the new building
🚜 Excavating the foundations
🏗️ Preparing and forming the foundation trenches
💪 Pouring concrete foundations
👷 Working through the groundworks ready for the next stage of construction

The proposed design is a modern, substantial home with extensive glazing, generous outdoor spaces and incredible views across the surrounding countryside.

For us, this is where every new home begins — in the ground, with the foundations that everything else will depend on.

We’re looking forward to sharing the progress as we take The Paddocks from foundations to a finished home.
