Amy Close Designs
Welcome! I am a teacher by trade, crafty by hobby and I absolutely love making, painting, designing and selling the things I make.
I use colour palettes found in nature to create beautiful patterns and designs.

Not perfect, but I've loved trying to paint a short depth of field using as much blending as I can.
The river in the background was really relaxing to paint, looks like the perfect summer sunset π

Absolutely loving this weather, time off work and the chance to paint (if the kids stopped bickering that'd be even better, our poor neighbours!)

Trying to be a bit more 'free' in how I paint and not worry as much about the detail. I've also loved using natural sponge a bit more and discovering the textures that can be created π
