You may have noticed our terrace has been closed recently — and after 5 years of b**r, food, laughter (and a fair bit of weather!), the old girl was definitely due some much-needed TLC.

But don’t worry… we’ll be back open next weekend. 🍻

Just in time for our favourite time of year at The Turks Head. As the colder months roll in, the pub really comes into its own — for our staff and customers alike.

And we’ve got loads planned: more seasonal b**rs, more seasonal food, more decorations and, hopefully, more reasons to settle in and stay a while.

In celebration Tilly has brewed the classic Young's recipe... RamRod 🐏 a 4.5% Young's Special Bitter 🍺

Coined after the Dorset Horn ram, RamRod D’Arcy, who once called Young’s brewery home, RamRod is an old favourite, known for its biscuit, toffee and dark caramel notes, balanced with a herbal bitterness 😋

Tilly has personally delivered this wonderful brew to the Young's Pubs...
