Regional 1 - Exeter Equinox

A strong performance today from all the players who took to the court! 👏

It was great to see what we’ve been working on in training translate into our game play. Pressure!

With the score level at half-time, Exeter made a few unforced errors in the third quarter which Romans capitalised on, creating a five-goal deficit. Exeter worked tirelessly to turn the ball over and fight their way back into the game.

A strong finish saw us lose the final quarter by just one goal, highlighting the competitive nature of the game right through to the final whistle.

A solid, competitive performance from both teams.

An unfortunate end to a hard fought game. The match was very close throughout. Some learnings to take from this but the team will come back fighting.

Regional 3 - Luna

An unlucky 36–37 loss against Jems for Luna today.
The girls made an incredible start, taking a 24–18 lead into half-time. A few key turnovers in the final few minutes of the last quarter were capitalised on by Jems, resulting in a narrow one-goal loss.

A tough result, but so much growth from the previous game and lots of positives to take from the performance.

💗 🌝 U11 Pink Moons - Exeter Junior League

The first game against TTNC Atlas showed fantastic determination and team spirit to secure a 8-0 win. Accurate attacking phases of play with a solid defence against a good team.

The second game against Queens saw the Moons built on their first performance winning 18-0. The attack was ruthless, with each combination change on each quarter not phasing the shooters. The team as a whole all shared success in scoring adding to the total.

The girls worked together throughout supporting each and growing to know each other better both on and off the court.

💗🚀 Pink Rockets; Exeter Junior League

The first game against Devon Dynamite took a little time to find our feet and build confidence, but the girls showed fantastic determination and team spirit to secure a 9–4 win. Our mid-court began to flow beautifully, with strong, fluid movement and some fabulous balls into the circle.

The second game against Queens saw the Rockets really find their rhythm, playing with confidence and plenty of fire in their bellies to take a brilliant 20–0 win! 🔥

Fantastic jumping for rebounds, composed defending, accurate edge-of-the-circle shooting and some lovely attacking movement made for a brilliant team performance.

🏐 Dart Development & Performance League 2026/27 🏐

This weekend sees the Dart Development & Performance League get underway for the 2026/27 season! 💜

This year we’ve branched out even further, with 39 teams entered from 9 different clubs — a fantastic step forward for the league.

We’re excited to welcome some new clubs this weekend and see the competition continue to grow. 👏

🔥 The U16 and U14 Performance Leagues get underway, alongside a morning packed with U13/U14 and U15/U16 Development matches.

We’re also very excited to welcome more developing umpires into the league this season, giving them the opportunity to gain experience, confidence and valuable match exposure. 🏐💜

A huge thank you to all the clubs, coaches, players, umpires and volunteers helping make the league happen.

Pink Thunder - Ladies league Div 1

Our first game of the season for Division One Pink Thunder, and what a challenge it was coming up against the renowned Mixers team.

While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, it was a fantastic learning opportunity as we begin our campaign. Our defence created plenty of turnovers, while our midcourt worked hard to keep the ball moving in the right direction.

Two injuries disrupted our plans, but everyone pulled together and worked hard to find our rhythm again. There was plenty of learning to take from the game, and lots of positives to build on.

Final score: 60–28 loss
