We're a FREE volunteer led activity group based in Exeter. Everyone in every community is welcome to join us to exercise & socialise. No egos. No mirrors.

Our aim is to get people off the sofa and moving for the benefit of their physical and mental health. We are a FREE, volunteer led outdoor fitness group who meet numerous times a week in various parks across Exeter. Since May 2017, we've been getting active in our local park for the benefit of our well-being and mental health. We are about keeping health activity simple and supporting each other through our park based exercise sessions. No expensive fees and no expectations except what you place on yourself. You can work as hard as you feel capable on each session. It's fun, encouraging, supportive and extremely rewarding. We’d love to have you join the group and come along to meet all the friendly faces beaming from achieving their individual goals.

BOOK NOW 🧡 The Big Social Warm Up Walk for midlife women in Exeter. We’re kicking things off with an Exe River walk and coffee: approx. 8km, mostly flat, taking in one of Exeter’s most beautiful spots. We’ll walk along the river past Double Locks to Countess Weir, then loop back along the canal path to the Quay for an optional coffee and a catch-up. 📆 Friday 11th September 📍 Meet at the Quay ⏰ 11:45 am, setting off at 12:00 pm sharp! Come and make new friends: no one’s here to power-walk past you; we’re here to chat, laugh and enjoy the walk together. This is our warm-up walk, with three Green Circle walks to be announced very soon! Spaces are limited to 25 people for this walk, so please only sign up if you know you can make it: sign up via the link in bio. A few things to know before you join us: You’ll need to be able to walk the distance comfortably - wear appropriate footwear and bring your own water. Taking part is voluntary and at your own risk; you’re responsible for your own safety, actions, and decisions. We’re qualified Community Activators, with one of us at the front and one at the rear looking after the route.
