The upstairs flat at the Stoke Canon Inn is available to rent. It is a large airy three bedroom flat with a kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and separate utility room. The rent will be £1250 which includes all utilities and broadband but excludes council tax. Please be aware that this flat is not licenced for multiple occupancy.
