Join us from 6:30pm for an evening of fantastic music, dancing, drinks and plenty of Latin energy on Exeter Quayside.
Whether you're an experienced salsa dancer, just finding your feet, or simply fancy coming along to enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome!

There’s something truly magical about making pasta by hand. I still remember my first batch — flour on my sleeves, laughter in the kitchen, and that comforting smell of sauce simmering on the stove. It’s simple ingredients, patience and a little love.

In our latest post I share the easy steps: choose the right flour, knead until smooth, let the dough rest, then roll and cut into your favourite shapes. Fresh pasta only needs a couple of minutes in boiling salted water. Try adding spinach or beetroot for colour, or stuff ravioli with ricotta and herbs for a special treat.
