has such a special place in my heart. Full of childhood memories, but also a place that feels like it whispers the secrets of history on the wind, with the palace overlooking the scene.

That was confirmed for me on Sunday when I spent the day with ….

In the 1100s, Henry II discovered water under the site where Blenheim Palace now stands.

Immortalised in folklore through the tale of Rosamund’s Well, Blenheim Palace Water is drawn from the aquifer on the Estate and has been enjoyed for centuries by kings, queens, dukes, duchesses and leaders who shaped history. It now also provides for some of the finest restaurants in the world.

If you want to steal my heart, horses and history are the way to do it. A magical day ❤️

What I wore as an equestrian for day 2 of a 50-mile ride across Dartmoor with .

Here’s what I chose (features items from my wonderful partners):

Top: sleeveless baselayer. This one is a few years old, but the Sport Active Sleeveless in Midnight Navy is similar. As with the other Hy top I have, it’s super soft.

Baselayer: this was actually a gift from when I did some filming with them and I love it 🤣 it’s very lightweight compared to my other base layers so great for warmer days going XC etc. I did look on their online shop but I don’t think you can buy it sadly.

To return to on the cusp of autumn is nothing short of magical.

Nestled in Dartmoor National Park, the sweeping driveway beckons you in, promising a glimpse of the unfolding 1890 castle.

Originally a lavish family retreat, Bovey Castle is now an award-winning hotel, recognised as one of the most outstanding hotels in the British Isles.

I’ve returned here to once again set sail (set hoof?) on beautiful Dartmoor with the incredible on the annual Tor to Tor, but before I do, I’m exploring the hotel activities and i can’t wait to share it with you.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for the warm welcome, and in particular to the valet, Lewis, who promised me he wasn’t judging me for my many bags of luggage 🤣 (my defence, my hat and boots deserved their own! 😆).

AD | Got to try out the waterproofing capabilities of my new Nova coat before I’ve even set foot on Dartmoor this week, thanks to an absolute downpour today and a 45 minute with who, because she is an angel, always lets me ride outdoors for my lessons because it’s a bigger school.

Very impressed with the coat so far. People always rave about them and now I know why!! more thoughts to follow as I take them to Dartmouth this week and the weather forecast looks just as wet. Thank you and ❤️

Just a horse girl trapped in a corporate girl’s body 🤣✨

It’s cliche these days to say a trip “changed your life”, but that’s exactly what trails did for me two years ago.

A gift to myself for my 30th birthday turned into a deep reflection, rejuvenation, confidence-building, wild-moor restoring 4 days and I vowed I’d save up and return.

I’m heading back next week, this time taking the gorgeous drive down to Dartmoor and partnering with on some exciting activities designed for a restorative solo trip. I feel creative and excited to share it with you ❤️
