La fecha de implantación, que estaba prevista para el 1 de enero de 2027, ha sido aplazada hasta octubre de 2028.

Para los operadores de self storage en España, esto significa más tiempo para prepararse ante los próximos requisitos.

Llevamos más de dos años desarrollando y preparando nuestra integración de facturación electrónica, y está lista y operativa.

Aunque el plazo se haya movido, nuestro compromiso de ayudar a los operadores de self storage en España a mantenerse al día con la normativa no ha cambiado.

Clearer notifications for your customers in Spaceman Cloud

Important messages should be easy to spot.

We’ve introduced a clearer, consistent notification banner across Spaceman Shop and Spaceman Portal, helping customers quickly recognise things that need their attention, including account balances, contract warnings and stock notices.

It’s another improvement to the customer experience delivered through Spaceman Cloud, as we continue to make everyday interactions simpler for operators and their customers.

NEW Spaceman Shop Feature: Persistent Basket Display 🛒

Nobody wants to lose track of what they’ve selected halfway through a booking, or reach checkout unsure of what they’re paying for.
The basket is now always visible throughout the Spaceman Shop booking journey.

🖥️ On desktop, a side panel keeps selected items and the running total in view as customers move through the booking process.

📱 On mobile, a persistent bottom bar shows the basket total and item count, so customers can keep track without having to navigate away.

We’ve also moved the basket icon out of the top navigation and into a more prominent position, making it part of the booking flow rather than something customers need to remember to check.

A clearer journey for the customer. Fewer surprises at checkout. And fewer reasons to abandon a booking.

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩: Shop Size Selection Filtering

Finding the right storage unit just got easier.

Customers can now filter available storage sizes by type, size tier and price tier, helping them narrow down their options and find the right fit faster.

They can also sort by price from low to high or high to low, while options with no available sizes are automatically hidden.

The filters work with the groupings you've already configured, with your default grouping remaining visible in the top bar.

A simpler, more streamlined Spaceman Shop experience that helps customers find the right option faster.
