🏉📹 INVEST IN THE FUTURE OF HEATH JUNIORS 📹🏉

We are looking for local businesses and supporters to sponsor the Heath RUFC Junior Section, helping us continue to provide the very best opportunities for our young players to learn, develop and enjoy their rugby.

Our junior section continues to grow, and with that comes the need to invest in the resources that can help our players and coaches develop even further.

🎥 In particular, we are looking for sponsorship towards a VEO camera and the ongoing VEO subscription.

A VEO camera would allow our coaches to record matches and training, giving players the opportunity to review their performances, analyse games, identify areas for improvement and learn from their experiences on the pitch.

It isn’t simply about recording rugby — it’s about supporting development, creating opportunities and giving our young players the tools they need to reach their potential.

We are also looking for general sponsorship to help support our junior section, including enabling coaches to attend games and continuing to provide the coaching, support and opportunities our young players deserve.

By sponsoring Heath Juniors, you would be investing in the future of Heath RUFC.

In return, we can offer advertising and promotion across our social media platforms, helping us to showcase and support the local businesses who support our young players and our club.

Whether you’re a local business, an existing Heath supporter or simply someone who wants to help give our youngsters the best possible rugby experience, we’d love to hear from you.

JOHNO THE CENTURION

Last week, our Player-Coach Christopher Johnson quietly reached the milestone of 100 1stXV appearances.

Now, as we all know, Johno is one of the most humble blokes around. Never one to seek the limelight, never one to make a fuss, and certainly not the sort of person to remind everyone about his achievements...

Or so we thought.

Turning up to training last night armed with a full presentation of his playing statistics from throughout his career, we realised that perhaps this milestone had slipped under the radar for long enough. So, in the interests of keeping him happy, we thought we'd better give the lad some recognition.

All jokes aside, what a guy.

Pushing 40 and still doing the business week in, week out in National 2. Playing, coaching, officiating, mentoring, offering life advice, organising, encouraging and generally doing anything and everything for the club. The impact Johno has on Heath goes far beyond what happens on a Saturday afternoon.

Congratulations Johno, and here's to the next 100...
