Hi everyone 🤠

A frequently asked question is: “why is it a requirement to be a Christian for a fulltime worker at Teen Ranch?”

Working in any role fulltime at Teen Ranch is a wonderful blessing and opportunity as alongside a specific role, all our staff are involved with our camps and take part in staff devotions, Discipling and supporting our volunteers and encouraging each other in our Christian faith.

We hope this clears up any questions!

Barn Staff Position Available

This role is a perfect fit if you have a love for horses and are passionate about making Jesus known amongst the young people of Scotland (see Equality Act 2010 part 1, schedule 9).

Our fulltime staff and volunteers work so hard to ensure that the campers are fed, horses are cared for, the activities and property are maintained well, and so all at camp have a great time!

Staff, we are so thankful for all the ways that you give up your spare time and serve at Teen Ranch Scotland.
We thank God that He is provided us with enthusiastic, gifted, and servant-hearted volunteers and fulltime staff of all ages, for 42 years🙌

Here is what Jonah, our newest fulltime staff member, said about his experience volunteering at Teen Ranch Scotland:

“Before I came to Teen Ranch I did not take my faith seriously. When I started to volunteer here nearly 2 and a half years ago I quickly made many new friends who slowly began to push me closer God. I started to read my Bible and pray once again and I realised that God’s grace is something that I need for my life and that a relationship with Him is beyond necessary. Now in 2026 Jesus is the most important thing to me and I realise that I would be a loser and not know God and also not have the friends that I do now if I had never come to Teen Ranch. My life would look completely different and I would probably be at the bottom of the bottom. I really like it here at Teen Ranch because I can spend time serving the Lord in his creation with the best friends I have ever had.”
