Inshes Library

Let's have a Wee Read!
Join Scotland’s celebration of reading and libraries on October 7th. We'll have a special scavenger hunt for kids, and of course loads of books to choose from! 💫
📚 Make a pledge to read! Whether it's five minutes or fifty, a whole book or a few pages, a comic, magazine, newspaper, recipe or poem, every read counts.
📚Whatever your age, ability or interests, Wee Read is for everyone. Make your pledge at: https://www.weeread.scot/
📚Visit Inshes Library to discover your next read and join thousands of people across Scotland for a Wee Read on 7 October!

Well done to our library volunteers Eva & Lea who have received their Blue leadership hoodies for volunteering over 25 hours with us at Inshes Library. They've helped out with Lego Club, book displays, and planning programs!
Great work ⭐️

Inshes Library will be closed next Thursday but we'll be back open as normal on Friday 7th August.

Bookbug Week is a great time to try out the Bookbug app: loads of songs, rhymes and stories to enjoy with your little ones!

Do you have our free Bookbug app? 📲

As we're celebrating Bookbug Week this week, we've added a load of fun new content to our Bookbug, all around the theme of Bookbug's Big Quest! Home to hundreds of beloved children’s songs, nursery rhymes and story videos, the app is perfect to share with babies, toddlers, preschoolers and the whole family.

Click the link below to find out more, or simply search 'Bookbug' in your app store!
