Dia de los Mu***os is a beautiful and vibrant tradition dedicated to honouring, celebrating, and remembering loves ones who have passed. Families and friends of the deceased create altars and make offerings (ofrendas) of their loved one's favorite foods and drinks. The brightly coloured flower cempasúchil leads the spirits to the family altar with its strong and potent scent.

If you would like us to place a picture of a beloved family member, friend, or precious pet that has passed, please share their image in this post and we will print it on a handmade frame and place it on our altar which will stay up until November 3rd.

As a Mexican person myself, I am honored to share this part of my heritage with you and the people of our community.
