First Toast is Cole’s business, but it’s very much a family journey. So come along with us while I help my kids turn an idea into something real and hopefully build a dream that lasts.

We’re not stopping at service.

First Toast is our new premium bottled-cocktail range—carefully compounded, beautifully bottled, and made to sit proudly behind the bar, on the table, or wherever good drinks are being poured.

This first line-up is only six But there are hundreds of still cocktails and countless variations out there—and we’re only getting started.

Whether it’s a classic, a house favourite, a signature serve for your venue, or something completely bespoke: if it’s not carbonated, we can bottle it.

We’re taking the care, consistency, and quality you expect from great service and putting it into every bottle.

And just so we’re clear: I ain’t taking credit for this image—it’s AI. But the bottle in it is entirely our own design, and we love that it won’t look out of place next to a bottle of w**e behind a bar.

Bit of a change round here.

This page is becoming First Toast Cocktails instead of On Demand Hospitality Staff.

Before anyone panics, On Demand hasn't gone anywhere. Bookings are still open, my number hasn't changed, and everything is still at ondemandhs.co.uk. The honest truth is nobody has ever really found me on Facebook for staffing, and this year my time is going more into the AI and hospitality training side than filling shifts. So the page is more use to me here.

Three years and over 400 events. I've loved it and I'd not swap it, but 400 events will take the edge off anyone, and I've come out of it with a set of skills I genuinely didn't think I'd have back at the start, especially on the business development side. Rather than spend another year using them on other people, I'm putting them behind my son while he builds his own thing, and all being well my daughter will be working alongside us too.

For now the website is up and running at www.firsttoast.co.uk the AWRS application is almost complete and we have viewed our first premises

So there's a lot coming. New name, new drinks, and a fair bit going on behind the scenes that I'll share as it happens.
