Executive Head Chef Dan Ashmore will be joined in the kitchen by Luke Fearon, Head Chef at Michelin-starred Àclèaf at Boringdon Hall in Devon.
With a career shaped by some of the South West’s most respected kitchens, Luke brings a deep appreciation for seasonal, locally sourced produce and the incredible ingredients found on his doorstep in Devon.
For one night only, Luke and Dan will come together to create a special tasting menu celebrating their shared approach to seasonality, provenance and creative cooking.
