🐱🌾 EVERY YARD NEEDS A SUPERVISOR… 🌾🐱

Haynet making is an important yard job… but apparently it also requires regular cuddle breaks! 😂💜

Our yard cat Winter certainly knows how to make herself comfortable — straight onto the hay bale and ready to receive some attention while the students work!

These little moments are all part of life at TEAL. Alongside learning practical skills, caring for the horses and completing everyday yard responsibilities, our students build relationships with all the animals around them. 🐴🐱

And we’re pretty sure Winter considers “student wellbeing officer” to be his official job title. 😂

🎉🐴 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS! 🐴🎉

A massive well done to our student on successfully completing her accredited Grooms Course! 👏💜

This is no small achievement — our Grooms Course is a huge, in-depth equine education programme, covering the knowledge, practical skills and understanding needed to help prepare young people for their next steps within the equine world.

Throughout the course, students develop not only their horse care and stable management knowledge, but also confidence, responsibility, independence, problem-solving and practical workplace skills. 🐴📚

The course can help create pathways towards:

✨ Employment within the equine industry
✨ Equine apprenticeships and work experience
✨ Equine college courses
✨ Further education and qualifications
✨ Volunteering and practical opportunities

We are incredibly proud to see another young person complete their qualification and have something tangible to show for all their hard work. 💜

And there’s more exciting news… 👀

Would you like to be able to offer accredited equine education courses like this at your own equine establishment?

Through TEAL TEACH™, we’ll soon be training and licensing equine professionals and organisations to deliver our tried-and-tested equine education programmes to young people in their own communities. 🐴🎓

🐴💜 HORSES CHANGE LIVES 💜🐴

They give our young people confidence and self-esteem.
They offer peace and tranquillity when the world feels a little too loud.
They teach us trust, patience, communication and friendship.
They listen without judgement, ask for nothing but honesty, and somehow seem to know when we need them most. 🥰

Most importantly, they give us hope. 💜

At TEAL, we’re lucky enough to see the difference horses can make every single day — sometimes in huge milestones, and sometimes in the smallest moments that mean absolutely everything. 🐴✨

Horses don’t just teach us about horses… they teach us about ourselves.

💜 Enjoy & Achieve 💜

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HAVE YOU BEEN PART OF OUR TEAL JOURNEY? 💜🐴

We’d love your help!

If you’re a parent, carer, student, past student, professional, school, local authority, volunteer, TEAL TEACH coach or have worked alongside TEAL in any way, we would be incredibly grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to leave us a Google review. 🥰

Reviews might seem like a small thing, but for a small CIC like ours they make a BIG difference. They help other families and professionals find us, understand what we do and hear about TEAL from the people who have experienced it first-hand.

Whether you’ve seen someone grow in confidence, re-engage with education, develop new skills, build relationships with our horses or simply find somewhere they finally feel comfortable being themselves — we’d love to hear your experience. 💜
