Last month went a little like this 👩🏽‍🍳🪩📦💭

Being completely honest, business was slow.
The summer slump well and truly hit.
BUT vibes were high because who else secured a partnership with a NATIONAL GYM BRAND?!?! 😎 plus, with it being quieter it allowed me to take some time for me 💚

Now I’m back to plotting and planning for the rest of 2026 with two much needed(!) holidays coming up ✈️

Soooo who’s ready for the September lock-in? I know I am 🔋

Hiyaaaa! I’m Beth. The founder of Refresh’d 💚

If you’re new here, then hey! And where the HECK have you been??!! I’ll forgive you because you’ve landed here now, I guess… 😉

Refresh’d started with a pretty simple idea back in 2020: I wanted to make meal prep that was actually exciting. Big flavours, proper food with convenience without the boring ‘chicken, broccoli and rice’ stereotype.

My Jamaican heritage plays a big part in the food I create, and so does my slightly *obsessive* love of feeding people. What started as meal prep for my friends and family has grown into catering, events, collaborations, pop-ups, recipe books and soooo much more.

And behind all of it… little old me. The chef, delivery driver (but I do have my amazing Bana’s help with that), admin team, accountant, social media manager, cleaner and everything in between.

It’s been a journey for reeeeeal, and there’s still so much I want to do here so please, join the journey. You could be a customer. You could be a follower. You could be a silent supporter. I appreciate it ALL. 🥹
