We're delighted to announce that MPS has been reaccredited as a Menopause Friendly Employer.

Originally accredited in 2023 as the first medical defence organisation to achieve this recognition, our reaccreditation reflects the continued progress we've made to foster an inclusive and supportive culture.

We also continue to advocate for improving outcomes for women in the healthcare profession, calling for more training and support for healthcare professionals going through menopause, alongside more flexible working arrangements to help in the management of symptoms.

Over the past three years, we've strengthened our approach through:

✅ Menopause awareness training for leaders worldwide
✅ Access to free, confidential wellbeing and counselling support for members struggling with menopause symptoms at work
