It is with deep regret that we annnounce, the closure of Project Customs in Leeds....

Due to relocation!

More details to follow in the coming weeks.

We are still on email, phone and website.

Enquiries and quotes will carry on as normal, but we are now fully booked for March.

We will announce our new location and the return to business as usual as soon as possible.
Thanks to all of our customers that have booked in and are happy to wait. Its amazing how many people we have told and their response is... its fine, i can wait!

Its a big step for us this in all honesty! 11 years at our Leeds premisis has been full of ups and downs, but as usual, we soldier on.

Our sign is down and we have left the building!

****Bodyshop Announcement***

Unfortunately and with deep regret....

****We will no longer be offering free estimates for insurance claims****
Moving forward these will now be charged @ £50 + VAT.

Unfortunately the minority use these estimates to then barter with other bodyshops, or even worse, do a deal with the 3rd party to be then paid out in cash (or on new car purchases get a reduction in the sale price) to then never return and have the work carried out.

These estimates take up alot of Sarah's time and alongside everything else she has to do, i think its unfair that her valuable time should be wasted.

On the flip side, if the vehicle does arrive with us, i will make sure the £50 + VAT is refunded on the day the vehicle arrives on site.

It sounds like we are being abit over kill but if we do 10 of these per week (which in some cases we do) thats alot of time Sarah willl not get back.

I must stress!!
Every other enquiry will stay the same and you can enquire to your hearts content! You can also chat with her like most of you do and that is very very welcome! We just worry that wasting time on estimates that never transpire, will mean she cant take care of our customers in the excellent way that she does, day in, day out.
Sarah's customer service alongside mine, is what people love about Project Customs and we dont want that to change, ever!
We love how welcome our customers feel with us.

Thanks to everyone who as always stuck with us, we are a small team and that means that time is very precious.

Porsche 911 Carrera 4s Cab (996) was in with us for both sides painting due to corrosion on the wheel arches. 3 out of 4 arches were strong enough for us to sand back and apply corrosion treatment... Unfortunately one of the quarters had been painted prior and was crumbling before we even started it.
Fortunately we have a fabricator who specialises in Porsche repair panels and he had it out to us in 2 weeks (made to order) and also coveres many other Porsche models (so dont hesitate to get intouch)
Now fully repaired and painted, ready to continue its life journey!

McLaren Volcano Red 4 stage 720s Coupe rear quarter panels removed and painted, due to stonechips on the lower half of the quarters.
Quicker to remove and paint than mask half of the car up.
We do love a 4 stage paint finish!
