Another challenging trenchless rehabilitation project successfully delivered! 👏

PLS was proud to once again support the successful installation of two DN600 UV CIPP liners, working alongside our valued client from the earliest planning stages through to project completion.

The existing pipeline was in poor structural condition, making rehabilitation a complex undertaking. With difficult site access and challenging manhole configurations, careful planning, technical expertise, and close collaboration were essential to ensure a successful installation.

For a project of this nature, Brandenburger was once again selected as the liner of choice thanks to its exceptional strength characteristics, proven quality, and reliability in demanding trenchless rehabilitation applications. Combining premium materials with the right technical support helped ensure the project was delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Another challenging project successfully delivered! 👏

PLS was proud to provide both the logistical coordination and technical support for the rehabilitation of a severely damaged DN750 stormwater pipeline. Due to the pipe’s location beneath several residential properties, traditional excavation was not a viable option, making trenchless rehabilitation the ideal solution.

Working closely with our valued partners at Brandenburger, our team carefully specified the liner design and provided on-site technical consultancy throughout the installation.

Utilizing our UV 8000 Light Van fit-out and Dual Core curing light system, the project was completed safely, efficiently, and within the required project timeframe.

🇷🇸 Testing & Training in Serbia with the UV Stand Alone System 🚀💡

This week, teams from PLS and IMS UK visited IMS Pipe Vision in Serbia for joint testing and training sessions with our UV Stand Alone System. On site were Mark, Garrick and Darryl, working together with the local team to test different pipe dimensions and materials under real application conditions.

Besides the practical tests and training, the days were also a great opportunity for technical exchange, sharing experiences between the teams and strengthening the partnership during a joint evening event 🤝

The focus of the sessions was our UV Stand Alone System — a flexible and fully independent UV curing solution designed for seamless integration with major robotic platforms through its universal connection interface.
