Our advanced recovery system includes a departure station, arrival station, pig with seals, sensors, and actuators. By using air pressure, the pig moves seamlessly between stations, ensuring maximum recovery. The movement of the pig is dictated by applying air into the line, once the pig has been elevated above the introductory actuator. Case Study: Nakakin JM700 Delivers Outstanding Performance in Demanding Tomato Paste Processing

When handling highly abrasive and corrosive products, pump reliability isn't just important—it's critical to maintaining production uptime and reducing maintenance costs.
A leading tomato processing facility in California selected the Nakakin JM700 Circumferential Piston Pump for one of the most demanding applications in food manufacturing: tomato paste transfer.
Tomato paste presents a unique challenge for any positive displacement pump. Its high acidity, extreme viscosity and abrasive nature can rapidly accelerate component wear, particularly during extended production campaigns.
Following a continuous 3–4 month processing season, the customer inspected the JM700 and was surprised to find little to no measurable wear compared with other circumferential piston pumps previously used in the same application.
