If you go bigger like here the strokes outside of the old tattoo will heal lovely the centre will still look the same
If you hair stroke the same size of the old powder brow is prominent the hairs will usually just merge
So
You have a powder brow and now want a hairstroke get a bit of removal. Lighten them up it will give you the best chance of holding a stroke
