Pells Pool has exciting news. We are happy to be welcoming Gemma back for 3 Mondays during August to bring Dance, Fitness and Fun back to the pool.
£4 per class and an additional charge for your swim.

Exciting news Nyam Jam is back this summer for 3 Friday evenings creating amazing tastes of Jamaica. Pop down between 5.30-8pm 31st July, and the 14th & 28th Aug.

Pells Pool closed for planned maintenance Monday 10 August 2026

The Pells will be closed on Monday 10 August for essential maintenance.

You won’t be able to book a swim or sauna that day.

The hot and sunny weather means we’ve been extremely busy over the last few weeks. This is fantastic, and we’re grateful for everyone who has come down and enjoyed the pool this year (and thank you for showering before getting in for a swim).
However, the high number of swimmers has affected water quality.
So, we need to drain the pool a little, add more chlorine and carry out a deep clean of the pool and the surrounds, before topping the water back up.

The best way to do this is to close for a day. This is something we typically do once or twice during the season.
We’ll close at 6:30pm on Sunday 9 August and reopen at 7am on Tuesday 11 August.

Only 3 more sleeps to the 2026 Wellness Waves event.
We are so excited that professionals from different fields of wellbeing are joining us: Totalfit, Soulfit, Zumba, yoga, Tina Kitchen, Moving Stillness, Pause, Ginger Green workshops. Please see the schedule for timings of the classes.

We also have stalls selling branded merchandise and wellbeing products and medical professionals on hand for a chat.

And on top of all this the pool will be open all afternoon. Please book your ticket and we look forward to a great afternoon.

🌙 Midnight Swim tickets are now on sale 🌙

Join us on the 11th July for a magical evening under the stars! Tickets are available on our website, so grab yours before they sell out.

The session runs from 11pm-1am, and tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to welcome back the Wellness Waves Event for the 2nd year.
Saturday 18th July 1pm - 6pm we are lucky to have local health and wellbeing experts share their time and knowledge at this years event. Zumba, Yoga, boxfit, talks, massage, health advise.

Just to remind you that anyone wanted to book a sauna slot please make sure you book a swim as well. A swim booking is needed to use the sauna.

If all swim slots are full we ask you to pay for a swim ticket on arrival.

Well what can I say..... Lots, The official opening of the 2026 season of the Pells Pool has been officially opened by the new mayor of Lewes.
What a fantastic day, It was amazing the sun was shining with a pool temperature at 25 degrees with the Pells Pool sauna opening as well. We couldn't of asked for more,,,but there was, we were lucky to have 2 very talented ladies from the wishing well charity play us some lovely music. The Pells Pool team look forward to welcoming you throughout the 2026 season.
