Want to get your hands on our brand new Emperor's Brewery collab Bossk Time before anyone else? We're launching it at our taproom this Saturday, we'll be open from 2-8 with Devina's Mauritian Kitchen serving up some amazing food as well!

We're delighted to announce that Devina will be bringing her Mauritian Kitchen to all of our taprooms in 2024, starting with our first one on March 30th! If you came to our Birthday last year you'll know what to expect, but if not think delicious, Mauritian curries made from scratch (even the spices are home roasted!) and of course, probably the greatest onion bhajis the world has ever seen (seriously, they're the size of an apple).

Can't wait that long? Well you're in luck! You can get yourself over to Pacific Road in Birkenhead and visit Devina in her brand new pop up cafe!

We teamed up with Walthamstow wizards to bring you a traditional Scottish Heavy packed with big malt flavours!

We crammed no less than seven different malts into our mash tun, giving you waves of sweet and roasty complexity and a b**r that’s small on ABV but big on flavour!

To celebrate the centenary year in 2024, we’ve brewed a range of b**rs especially for the occasion.

Specially developed in collaboration with the head chef to compliment their fantastic dishes, these exclusive b**rs are available to enjoy in the bistro and are available in the Cathedral gift shop to take home too.

Centenary IPA
With hops hand selected by the team at The Welsford Bistro, this juicy, hazy IPA is packed full of Mosaic, Sabro and El Dorado hops to give you huge tropical fruit flavours. 

Centenary L***r
A traditionally brewed, German style l***r brewed using continental malts to add a pleasant sweetness.  Balanced with UK grown Goldings hops and cold conditioned for a crisp finish.

We've been huge fans of for years, so when the opportunity arose to work together we absolutely jumped at the chance! Combining all our brewing knowledge, we whipped up a zingy pineapple sour which we dry hopped with Mosaic to push the tropical flavours up to 11!

A crisp, refreshing radler inspired by an all time classic cocktail. Heaps of freshly zested lime and an uplifting blast of mint combine to bring you a small b**r with big flavour.

Sacred Shandy will be pouring at the taproom this Saturday alongside our other birthday b**rs 🍻
