The ChocoKoo Cooking Studio founder CHEF KOO, a well-known TV presenter of the popular dessert making show "Sweet Corner" from TVB, is dedicated towards developing the Hong Kong baking industry and his aims are to offer the taste of the finest desserts from his award winning te
am. His team who represents Hong Kong and has won many different international awards and accolades. After a lot of preparation, CHEF KOO now opens his one stop "super studio " which includes a Chocolate Dessert Art Gallery, Chocolate Cooking School, a working Chocolate Studio and a shop where you can buy all your ingredients in Chai Wan. Here, CHEF KOO not only gives the public a chance to create artistic yet delicious desserts, he is also dedicated to promote the Hong Kong baking industry to the world. The One Stop Super Studio is expected to be finished by the beginning of August 2015. The principle section, the ChocoKoo Cooking School will be the first to open and CHEF KOO will take the role of headmaster leading his team to host different courses making chocolate desserts and delicious cakes for all dessert lovers.
