These beautiful women and domaineleflamand have my heart. We have practice yoga together, walked, danced and sang our way through the stunning French countryside. What a joyful way to spend the last few days. domaineleflamand couldn’t be a more incredible setting and the team there are so warm and incredibly wonderful. You really haven’t lived until you have eaten Maggie’s tart au citron 😘. Au revoir until next time

These beautiful woman and domaineleflamand have my heart. We have practiced together, walked, sang and danced through the stunningly beautiful French countryside. The time we spent together on this retreat has been such a tonic for the soul and I can’t thank this beautiful bunch for trusting me to teach them in this incredible space. The team domaineleflamand couldn’t be more wonderful if they tried, and you haven’t lived unless you have had the pleasure of eating Maggie’s tart au citron. Au revoir, until next time

🌕♓️ Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

A moment to soften your grip.
To trust what you cannot yet see.
To release what you no longer need to carry.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
You don’t have to force what is unfolding.

Let yourself surrender to the wisdom of this moment.

Trust. Release. Allow. ✨

What are you ready to let go of? 🤍

Eclipse season is here 🌑✨

A little reminder to look after your energy body as things shift and change.

You don’t need to do more, figure everything out or have all the answers. Maybe this is a time to slow down, listen in and notice what your body and nervous system are asking for.

Less rushing. More rest.
Less outside noise. More space to hear yourself.
Less forcing. More trusting.

Save this for the days when you need a little energetic reset 🤍

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo offers us a little invitation to pause and ask ourselves:

Where could I be a little more myself?

Not louder.
Not better.
Not more successful.

Just… more me.

Leo is connected with the heart, creativity, courage and being seen. But I don’t think this eclipse is about suddenly becoming the most confident person in the room or stepping into some shiny new version of ourselves.

For me, it feels much more about coming back to what feels genuine.

Noticing where we might be looking outside ourselves for reassurance, approval or validation, and gently turning our attention back inwards.

What do I actually want?
What feels good to me?
What would I choose if I wasn’t worrying about how it looked to anyone else?

And there’s something pretty special about having this reflection coincide with such a rare celestial event.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 12th August, the UK will experience its biggest solar eclipse since 1999, with around 90% of the Sun covered in many parts of the country. In London, the eclipse begins at 6:17pm, reaches its maximum at around 7:13pm, and finishes at 8:06pm. 🌑☀️

You’ll need proper solar eclipse glasses if you want to look directly at the Sun — ordinary sunglasses are not safe. Please protect your eyes. ❤️

And if you’re somewhere with a clear view of the western sky, it could be quite a sight.

It feels like a beautiful backdrop for a little inward reflection too.

That’s what we’ll explore together in my 45-minute live yoga + meditation practice on Wednesday 12th August, just before the eclipse.

We’ll move, breathe, reflect and then have some quiet time to simply be with whatever comes up.

No pressure to manifest anything.
No need to have all the answers.

Just a little space to listen in, reconnect with yourself and perhaps remember the parts of you that don’t need anyone else’s approval.

Come and join me live inside Move With The Moon. ❤️

Have you ever noticed how often we make ourselves smaller without even realising it?

We stay quiet instead of speaking up.
We play down our achievements.
We put everyone else first.
We wait until we feel “ready”.

Not because we aren’t capable…
But because being accepted has often felt safer than being seen.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo invites us to ask a different question:

What if I stopped asking for permission to be myself?

On Wednesday 12th August, I’m hosting a live 45-minute yoga and meditation practice just before the eclipse begins.

We’ll move, breathe and reflect together before settling into stillness as the eclipse arrives.

No experience needed.
Just an open heart.
Join Move With The Moon today and come and experience it with us.

When the weather is warm, our instinct is often to keep pushing and keep moving. But sometimes, the most nourishing thing we can do is slow down.

Yin yoga is the perfect practice for hot days. Rather than generating more heat, it invites your body to soften, your nervous system to settle, and your breath to become slower and deeper. As you rest in each pose, you’re giving your connective tissues time to release tension while creating space for stillness.

If the heat has left you feeling tired, restless or overwhelmed, this is your invitation to move differently.

Roll out your mat, find a quiet space, and hold each of these poses for 2 minutes or more.

Save this post for anytime your body feels too hot, or share it with someone who needs permission to slow down.

There’s something beautifully freeing about tonight’s Aquarius Full Moon. 🌕♒️

It’s an invitation to come home to yourself. To celebrate what makes you different rather than trying to fit into someone else’s expectations.

Today also happens to be regarded by many astrologers as one of the most fortunate days of the year, making it the perfect moment to pause, reflect and set your intentions for what’s next.

Tonight I’ll be:
✨ Releasing the need to fit in.
✨ Dreaming bigger than my fears.
✨ Stepping outside to soak up the moonlight and reconnect with myself.

What will you be doing under tonight’s Full Moon?

23/07/2026

Next weeks Full Moon in Aquarius is an invitation to reconnect with the parts of yourself that make you uniquely you.

Take a few quiet moments today and reflect on these questions:

✨ Where in my life am I dimming my light to fit in or keep the peace?

✨ What would change if I gave myself permission to be completely, unapologetically me?

I’d love to hear what comes up for you. 💛
