We gave La Roux a film camera and asked her to shoot the making of her album.
She took it into the cabin. And came out with these moments.
Mostly written alone, over five years that started at the piano in her Brixton kitchen and ran through the end of a 17-year relationship. Cabin Fever is where La Roux got stuck. The rest of the record is her getting out.
Every frame inside is hers. 35mm, one shot at a time. Curated into a story of inspiration, intimacy and honesty.
